The room was a great size with big beds. The staff gave us a nice welcome. The hotel is centrally located near subway stations. Manhattan district was worth staying in.

The room was clean as a whistle, and it had a cool big bed. They had all the stuff you'd need like a mini kitchen and an iron. Everything was top-notch, but some of the staff weren't too friendly. Could use a smile or two 😊.

The location was mind-blowing, with subway stations nearby and famous neighborhoods within a short walk. Super convenient! The staff was jaw-droppingly accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome. The room, though a little old, was cozy and surprisingly spacious, with lots of sockets and useful amenities like a fridge and microwave. The Wi-Fi was erratic but fine. the hotel offered GREAT value, clean rooms, and a cool neighborhood. Super positive stay!

Everything about this hotel was just great. Location, cleanliness, value, rooms, etc; but one of the best things was the staff. They were really nice and tried to help anyway possible. The hotel has a terrific location at walking distance of many interesting places in NY, We stayed a whole week there and felt the price was right for the services and facilities received.

Location was great, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The accommodation was great, we are a small family with a 17 month old infant and found the flat spacious and inviting. The only annoyance was the a/c unit which was working overtime in a heat wave was like a small v8 engine though it's relief was imperative. There is a choice of subway lines all within a short walk to make your new york exploration easy. The immediate area was fantastic! Close to little Italy and the lower side of broadway with enough shops to bruise anyone's wallet.

However, the location was fantastic, with a great market just around the corner for groceries. We enjoyed being away from the main tourist hotspots, as it gave us a more authentic experience. The suite had a comfortable futon and the staff provided great service, making us feel like family.

There were no thermostats in the room, so we couldn't control the air or heat ourselves.

Had a fairly nice stay here. That was charming hotel set in safe area, near to a beer garden. There was good food, the staff was excellent and efficient. Booked a room with twin-very comfortable beds;)))

Loved the room, nice size for NYC. Beds was made every day (something we didn't expect) and towels were changed daily. Location is excellent too, and loved our little balcony (room 201). Will defiantly be using this hotel/suite next year.

the value for money at off soho suites exceeded my expectations during this stay. the spacious suite, convenient kitchen, and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. the location was also very convenient, with nearby subway stations and grocery stores. i will definitely consider returning next time i'm in nyc.

The breakfast spread was impressive with a lot of options to choose from, and the best part was that it was affordable. The staff here were super friendly and welcoming 🌟.
